PRO DISCO LEAGUE T-SHIRT

from Cold Tonic Records

T-Shirt/Apparel

On July 12th 1979, a large group of people turned out to Comiskey Park in an attempt to destroy a genre of music that was largely popular at the time. What should have been a peaceful protest about preferring a Black Sabbath record over a Donna Summer 12" turned into an opportunity for hate to be excused and discrimination against different waves of life, religion, skin and sexual orientation to occur.

In light of this we decided to pay homage to the "anti-disco" supporters uniforms and rectify their design for a more appropriate option. A tribute to a genre that means so much more then the music it spreads.

LOVE IS THE MESSAGE.

The Pro Disco League T shirt is printed on Gilden Heavy Cotton. Preshrunk Jersey Knit.
